The craft your own burger is awesome! Best burger I've had in a while! The shake was good too!!! Carmel pretzel!!!

I’ve been here several times and just ate here again on Wednesday March 19, 2025 and it certainly did not disappoint! Joe was an amazing waiter. He was very attentive to our party of 12. He was fast, friendly and always had a smile on his face. The food came out hot, fresh and very tasty. The he piggy butter and jelly is to die for! Excellent in every way! I love this place.

Second visit here and just as satisfied as our first visit. Hard to be unhappy with a burger you build yourself. Highly recommend the pepper jam on your burger. Sweet and heated but not overpowering. Was busy so food took longer than expected but was worth the wait.

Food was excellent! One of the managers suggested the piggy butter burger and oh my god it was so good! (I think her name was Cheyenne) she has the biggest smile in that place! and talk about hard worker too! I watched that girl run back and forth, helping the servers, getting drinks, helping the bartender, helping in the window etc that girl never stops! lol probably one of the hardest working girls in that place and she definitely deserves the recognition. Ill be back again!

I've been hearing great things about Burgatory and today I finally had the opportunity to try it for myself as I was treating my mom to lunch. I had The Triple B and I got to say that this was one of the best burgers I have ever had! My mom got the Elk Gone Wild and it was equally as fantastic as mine. Both were done medium rare and were extremely juicy and flavorful. We also got a Birthday Cake shake that truly lived up to its name and came complete with a piece of cake on top. As a side, we got the fresh potato chips which were golden and very crunchy. If you don't want a signature burger, they also offer a "build your own burger" where you choose the bun, meat, cheese, rub, sauce and condiments.I think I found my new favorite burger restaurant!

I wanted to visit Burgatory last time I was in Pittsburgh but ran out of time, however, I made sure to visit this time and it did not disappoint. This location is fantastic.. the service is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. The burgers are in the top 5 that I've had in the past and I must have had over 100 locations.. flavourful, juicy and not overcooked. Great place.. so if you are a "burger person" add this place to the list.

Without a doubt Burgatory has perfected the art of consistency. I'm not sure if I've been to ALL of the locations, but I can absolutely say that this review applies to each one. Maybe you're wondering why I've visited so many... the answer is simple. My family enjoys sharing meals together, and we always know that if there's a Burgatory nearby everyone will leave happy. It's not a place that I would say is obnoxiously loud, but you don't have to ever worry that your kid is going to be the one causing a scene. They're always busy spots with enough going on that you can absolutely enjoy not cooking without worrying about side eye (which really brush those off anyway you're doing great) Do not sleep on the truffle fries, and as much as I love chips their house salad is so worth swapping for. If veggie burgers are your thing, theirs is done right. I'm not talking some random pressed and sealed freezer slab, it's truly hearty and they're making it themselves. Pro tip: ask for a side of truffle aioli. Put it on anything. You won't regret it.

Food was absolutely amazing. Had the 50/50 and the triple b. Would absolutely recommend either! Drinks were great. The restaurant was a little cold though and that’s why I gave a 4 for atmosphere. The service was a bit slow which most times I appreciate not being interrupted while eating but when after done eating it seemed a bit slow. Otherwise I would HIGHLY recommend this burger joint to anyone who love quality burgers and cocktails.
